Disastrous treatment and execution! We have had to clean the entire apartment ourselves after the cleaning company has been back 3 times due to sloppy execution. Since the previous tenant hired this company, we could not do anything other than point out everything. Terrible treatment by the so-called supervisor! I only agree with the previous reviews!!!

Warning for Visby Städ. They were supposed to clean for me but nothing we agreed on worked. They came on the wrong day to clean and then there were things left that "disappeared". They promised that I would get compensation so I bought new things and deducted the amount from the bill. But they still send reminder after reminder.

Moved into an apartment where this company was hired, I still find places they haven't cleaned properly! The bathrooms were especially disgusting, where the washing machine was completely black inside the hanger and the washing compartment. The plug in the bathtub was filled with old "slime" limescale deposits left on the pipes. They had to come back and clean the oven door but it is still not properly done at the far end of the fan. They hadn't vacuumed behind the refrigerator or cleaned under the bathtub and washing machine. Impossible to get in touch with.

We moved into a house where Visby Städbyrå had done the cleaning. The cleaning was so poorly done that we had to bring in a new cleaning company. I declined their offer to come and fix it because of the substandard quality.

Worst Mickey Mouse company! Too bad you can't give zero stars..
