We had the worst experience ever! I would never hire them again, even if they did the cleaning for free. The cleaning crew broke a freezer drawer and made a hole inside the fridge (!!!). I told the cleaning team leader as soon as I saw it. He said I was lying and that they would take no responsibility. Next morning, a colleague of him started texting me, first saying that the hole in the fridge was already there and I just haven't noticed (as if that was possible!) and ended up harassing and laughing at me. I tried to contact the office by phone but it was impossible to reach them for two days. On the second day I sent an email explaining everything but I did not get any answer. They took action only after upon receiving the invoice, I said I would not pay unless my claim was solved. It took a lot of time, patience and effort to get a compensation which of course was far from compensating for the trouble and the stress we went through.

Worst cleaning company I could imagine. I simply paid not to bother with the cleaning and so on, but they did such a bad job that I had to redo half of the things. It is impossible to reach them over the phone, they promised to get back, but will never do so. So pick some other company

This company costs money not to bore but to manage their service. Never cleaned my apartment, haf to coordinate many times just to get person on site. cleaning with slave wages and with people who are questionable. Absolutely avoid. I am pretty sure that reviews are managed.

Hired Flyttstädningsakuten AB twice for moving cleaning in Älmhult, and both times they were very professional and easy to communicate with. Both apartments were left very clean and for a very attractive price too. Definitely recommend.

Very bad company I booked a moving cleaning and when the day came I was there waiting for them and nobody show up... they forgot to put in their schedule even if I got an confirmation email. I lost a lot of time with them 0/5
