The cleaning quality is average (needed a lot of instructions). But I would definitely NOT recommend going to them because they will overcharge you based on GPS coordinates of their car and not for the actual service they perform. The cleaners (team of 2) came to clean my flat from 13:00 to 15:15. After they finished, I agreed with the checkout time with the cleaners and notified the company of their service duration. After many weeks, I was invoiced for a cleaning duration of 13:00 to 15:30 (135 kr extra). Highly unprofessional behavior and try to make extra money by lying. The company can not maintain a basic time keeping mechanism, for example by making their cleaners take signature of the customer on the check in and check out times so that such disagreements do not occur.

The cleaning was done for the apartment I moved in. The first time the cleaning was sloppy. The oven was not properly cleaned, the fridge had several spots, dust was left in several places (especially the skirting boards, which were not cleaned almost at all), and I found several brown water stains in some drawers and cabinets, which made doubt if what seemed clean was actually clean as it seems to have been cleaned with dirty rugs. Several spots were not cleaned on the doors and door frames (they could have been mistaken for permanent marks, but when I tried myself most of them could be easily removed with a bit of extra scrubbing). The biggest problem was on the window frames which had accumulated large amounts of dirt and dust but were not cleaned. I asked for recleaning according to the gurantee and one person visited again and fixed the oven and some spots on the windows although again not a good job was done. They claimed the window dirt cannot be removed, although they onlly tried with a microfiber cloth with water. I can accept that it is difficult to remove but it is definetely not impossible, it just takes a bit more scrubing and the right materials. Overall, I give 2 stars, because there was a basic cleaning (Initially some spots were very dirty but became acceptably clean), but it is definitely not a deep clean and it is definitely not worth the price. This type of cleaning can easily be done by anyone with basic cleaning agents and rugs and is not on proffesional level. It needs to be said that all employees both the cleaners and the people I spoke on the phone were very polite and helpful. I would not hire this cleaning company again.

Note: Since I was not able to reply after the business owner replied, I have edited this post to add my reply. The paragraph that immediately follows this is my review in its original form and more details are added in the next paragraphs as an edit to reply to his claims). We ordered moving-out cleaning and they charged 3200 SEK. The apartment was not clean and the apartment company deducted another 4000 SEK from our deposit. Yes, I know that they have a "guarantee". They said they came and cleaned it again- but looks like it was not clean enough. And I know that this true from the pictures of the apartment. It looks like you have to be present in person and administer it to make sure that it is clean. If I had the time to do it, I would have cleaned it myself. Anyway, I paid 7200 SEK in total for cleaning a 65 m2 apartment. 3200 to this company and 4000 SEK to the apartment company as fine. And fwiw, the second round of cleaning would have taken 1 hour (washing some parts of the floor and cleaning the stove hobs so it is beyond my understanding why they would not do this much- I think they have untrained staff who don't know how to clean a stove or what cleaning solution to use). If you try to complain, they will talk about the "thousands" of happy customers they have and a hugely successful business that they are running- as you can see from the replies to the other negative reviews here. Edit: I am adding the following info after the owner of the business replied below: We called the number of the person who called us on the cleaning day. It was my wife who called and she called at 10.06 AM on 6th August Tuesday. I am not sure how this is considered out of office hours. Also it was this person who was rude to her. Another thing is that we were also asked to transfer half of the cleaning pay as swish on the day of cleaning to another number (so I am not sure who is employee and who is employer but we called the number from which we received communication on phone and on WhatsApp during the time the work was done - or not done rather). Also, only this week we came to know that we were fined by the apartment company (they said since it was summer, they processed this only now) and that is why we are talking about this now. Also, we tried to use the cleaning guarantee the next day itself, but they said they will clean it again and they did not. I am not sure which part of the phone conversation was felt harassing to the employee, I request you to please go ahead with the legal measures if there is grounds for it. And if anyone spends 5 minutes to read replies from this business (on the Google review page), you would understand the attitude they show to their clients if they express their lack of satisfaction with the service. I have lost 7200 SEK and just giving an honest review is being retaliated with rude behavior and causing mental pain to me and my family. One more thing- We had a conversation with the person (from the apartment company) who did the cleaning inspection today and he said that they waited too long for the cleaning staff to arrive for the second round of cleaning (this was after I returned the keys and when they complained). And finally when the cleaning person came, she came with her child and without any cleaning supplies!!! Looks like they went again to clean the apartment and came back saying it is cleaned. We do live in magical times.
