Trouble with cleaning, re-cleaning, cost me the most working time, was supposed to get a reduction but didn't get anything new until threats of debt collection six months later

I paid the invoice twice by mistake, and despite several contacts and them getting my account number, over a month has passed without a refund. I have now been forced to report them to the Swedish Enforcement Authority. Extremely unserious behavior. Avoid!

Super dissatisfied! I ordered a major cleaning, it was a disaster the first time. I had fries from a few days ago and they put them in the same place after cleaning. Then I called to have them clean again. Here is the kitchen after the second time. Sent a video to them and got NO response!
