Very polite and hard working company! End result was indeed what i wanted and i recommend them to anyone!

Third time we have used Städproffsen for moving house cleaning, and always equally satisfied. Always well cleaned and has passed all inspections. Never plan on choosing another cleaning company if more help is needed in the future. A company that simply lives up to its name!

Warning the company is not approved for F-tax. In other words they are not allowed to deduct Rot/Rut on labor costs. Cleaning guarantee is more of a joke and they did not fix what was clearly listed in an SMS I sent them where they also confirmed that they had received the list of things to fix. In other words poorly done. The website is ancient, the information does not match. The cleaning was generally good but they missed cleaning things. There was a lot of confusion about booking the first person I spoke to said storage cleaning was included and they would send a quote. The quote never came so I called again. Got a new person to talk to who was aware of the booking but it was a lot of hassle. It all ended with them not cleaning the storage and they stupidly said it was not included in the agreement.... DO NOT TRUST, because the tax authorities do not approve rot/rut from the company.

The cleaning professionals in Kristianstad were incredibly accommodating and professional! From the first day when they took the keys to clean our old apartment before moving in until the last day when they were there for the final inspection, we were incredibly satisfied. If you are looking for a cleaning company that puts the customer first, you should definitely choose them! 👍🏼
