We confronted staff who parked in a private handicapped parking space, from the beginning they said they spoke Swedish when we asked them to move they said they did not speak Swedish. When we finally get the person to move she is about to hit one of us. She drives and turns around and parks in the next paid and rented handicapped parking space. We say again that she is not handicapped she cannot park there according to the law. I switch to English to talk to her so then she does not speak English either and starts talking in her language and calls a friend who also works at the company. This one suddenly could not speak Swedish either. I call the company who apologizes. We had explained to the person that if she just backs up she can park there as the parking spaces are not rented but you have to pay a fee. The company then calls me again and says that they work for the property and can park wherever they want as they have a certificate for this. But when I say that they are not allowed to park in rented parking lots and disabled parking lots and if I were to call the police they would ask the person to move, they quickly changed their mind. And drove outside the property area to park in the municipal free parking lot that was right next door. The person I spoke to also broke it and would try to assert their right. A tight

Superb cleaning, everything was very well cleaned. Decent price too. Nice staff when contacted, however the quote function on the site does not seem to work with outlook addresses (at least not mine). It did work with gmail though.

Stay away from this company. Crazy prices and the apartment didn't even pass the final inspection. 58m2 apartment.
