Hired them to clean an apartment. They hardly cleaned anything, can't recommend.

We have had a number of cleaning companies over the year for our home. Last year, the Gothenburg Cleaning Company cleaned our home. We had to switch because the company we used before stopped cleaning in our area. Started out well. Cleaned well, the house smelled clean when you got home, and they were on time. Sometimes they left a little earlier, sometimes they stayed a little longer. As long as they clean according to what we agreed on, it's completely OK. The more time went by, the more the results varied. The results varied from bad to OK cleaning, sometimes it was good. A while ago when we were going to check one of our cameras, for a completely different thing, we noticed by chance that the cleaners were sitting at the kitchen table having a break. I definitely think that the cleaners should have time to recover after cleaning, it's still a stressful job. But preferably not during our paid cleaning time. As an employer, you have to solve that for your employees. We know that they are going to a neighbor's house right after. So after contacting the person in charge, we agreed to reduce the time with us, since they have time to sit at our kitchen table for 15 minutes (30 minutes in total since there are 2 of them) during the cleaning time. If they have time to spare, we ask them to prioritize the kitchen and bathroom. Two weeks ago we came home to a house where no surfaces had been wiped or dusted. Clear traces of dust on all the furniture (which you dust off) and clear dirt on the floors. There was gravel/stone at the entrance and dried stains on the hall floor. They have used some agent on our shower mixers, so the mixers have started to bubble/loosen the chrome paint. There are two Mora shower mixers that will cost 5000-6000 to replace. The person in charge's comment on this was that they are using our agents. Our answer was that we have a lot of resources for different areas of the house, so they should be able to clean what is needed? Shouldn't someone who cleans as a profession know what to put on shower faucets or areas that need to be cleaned? But according to the person in charge, "they don't know about that". It feels reassuring. It should be added that our neighbor also has this cleaning company, where they mechanically destroyed a faucet. They fixed it, though. Now in retrospect, when we saw that they took a break on camera, we looked at some other situations when they were cleaning. Among other things, when they were vacuuming. I understand that when you work with cleaning, you need to have a little more pace than if you clean yourself at home. But running the vacuum cleaner nozzle into our newly purchased wooden table several times in the same place feels unnecessary and violent. It sounded so extreme on our camera, so we tried to recreate the situation. Even though we took a noticeable hit, without risking damaging the wooden table, we couldn't recreate the same bangs that happened when they vacuumed and slammed the vacuum cleaner nozzle into the wooden table. The cleaning company also doesn't know that you shouldn't wipe a TV with a damp cloth. We also saw that when we looked a little closer at the cleaning after the break incident. It's pretty bad. Unfortunately, the brush on the vacuum cleaner was not cleaned after use. It is completely OK.

So incredibly happy with the cleaning company!! They are so serious and we are 100% safe with them. BEST!!
