I have ordered packing, moving and cleaning services with Chris and Eduardo. They will say it is a fixed price in the beginning. However, once they come for moving they will try to charge you for anything and everything. There were nice furnitures I needed to give away because my new apartment was smaller. They asked 3000kr for throwing them away. I said no then they offered 2000 kr to throwing them away. I said no since the furnitures were expensive and relatively new. Later they begged me to take them away for free. Further, they do not help throwing away a few large boxes when other companies are helping for a few items. They also broke my apartment elevator which was never happened while I was living there for almost four years. Then, they refused to carry larger furnitures to my new apartment and I had to sleep on a hard floor for several days. They moved furnitures once the elevator was fixed. However, the neighbours with small babies had to carry strollers from upper floors to the ground for several days before the elevator got fixed. They also lost my curtain brackets during the process. The worst thing was I gave them the landlord’s inspection checklist for cleaning physically and with emails for several times. Chris promised that they will follow the inspection guidelines. I totally trusted them hence let them present the cleaned apartment to the previous landlord before moving out. The landlord found out that the sinks, walls, and refrigerator were not cleaned properly. Chris said there were no problems at the inspection to me. The landlord told me he asked Eduardo to clean the sinks and walls for four times during the inspection which Eduardo refused to perform. When the landlord asked me to pay the penalties, they refused to reimburse. Chris told me he will take care of this but never head from him since last summer. Now the case is at ARN. Stay away from this incompetent and dishonest people and their services! This is a new and small company so they take one day for packing and another day for moving so it costs you extra money to eat at restaurants since you cannot cook. Some of my dishes were broken and a bookshelf has a hole after moving. Many furniture brackets were missing. I believe in entrepreneurship and younger people trying hard to establish themselves. However, you need to follow the rules and perform what you have promised. Take accountability!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment I moved out from. They were quick to answer all the questions I had and made an extra effort to get the keys one day before since I could not be there in the morning of the cleaning to open the apartment for them. The quality of the service is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good cleaning after moving out!
