Worst company ever.. had to clean again 3 times because they didn't do their job.. downright embarrassingly bad. And the guy who cleaned was incompetent and didn't understand because he had "worked" for 10 years. Then he walked around with the shoes he had on inside the apartment when he mopped the floor so you could see all the dirt in the taillight. No they can go far damn shameful scam company

Absolutely the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Didn't wrap anything in plastic or put blankets on anything, causing damage to two pieces of furniture. No big deal, but mentioned it to Daniel who said I was entitled to a payment of 500. I took that suggestion and after two weeks and several reminders there is 8000 in my account. Then they have sent the wrong amount and are demanding a refund immediately. So I don't intend to go to money laundering I go to the bank and take the longer process to reduce the risk. This means they contact me three more times and demand the money back or they take it further. I explain again that it is their own fault and that they have to be patient. When it is a refund after maybe 5 days, the process of getting back the money I am entitled to, the 500 Daniel had mentioned from the beginning, should begin. They refused to answer emails, refused to answer the phone and take 0 responsibility for anything. It took them almost three months and threats to take it further before they transferred the amount. Absolutely the worst crap I have ever dealt with and would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with this company has been extremely negative from the start. They arrived late, worked sloppily and caused damage to a window pane – something they did not tell us about, we had to discover that ourselves. We had a clear agreement that they would reimburse the cost of the repair, but despite several reminders, the invoice has still not been paid. The most frustrating thing is the total lack of responsibility. I have tried to get in touch time and again, but they avoid answering. Based on how they have handled the situation, I feel that they say things that sound good but do not follow up on anything in practice. It feels like they are trying to get good reviews without living up to what they promise. Since they still do not take responsibility for the damage, I am now considering handing the case over to the Swedish Enforcement Authority. After this experience, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Broken things. Scratched furniture. Promised to fix a table. Never came. Daniel thought you could expect something to break. The guys worked hard, but language complications. Cleaned a week earlier than promised. The cleaning company found things that were left in a drawer in the kitchen and a cleaning cupboard. Promised to pick up moving boxes at 3:00 PM. At 5:45 PM I call and wonder where they are. They replied that the moving guys were late but ready around 8:30 PM. As it was obvious that I would receive them in the evening. No apology. Have called and written several times that they will pick up the boxes that invaded a large part of the living room, before Christmas. Have not heard back yet. If I had not gotten help to divide the boxes and carried them up to the attic, they would still be there during Christmas, New Year and my birthday. No protection over furniture or paintings. Before the move everything seemed so good and Daniel was so nice. After the move, no response to emails or phone calls. So unfortunately I absolutely cannot recommend this company.
