The small company with big dreams. Been a customer for a long time. Ordered a major cleaning last winter that was supposed to be done this spring. They canceled at the last minute. Maybe they could do it this fall. I don't think they canceled all the other major cleanings. Ordered and paid for a funstet plaster. Have to wash eight windows myself because they are still dirty. Made an agreement with the owner that only she would come and clean because her employees didn't do as good a job. The owner has probably made a deal with employees who not only charge double the price but do a so-so job. Why take on more customers when you don't have time? Why let down the customers you already have? As a former customer, I am both disappointed, angry and sad to have been treated this way.
