There was a lot of trash outside the store, once inside it was musty air and very dingy, despite this there were candles lit in some places, it felt VERY flammable and stupid to have it considering how cramped it was in there, like an accident just waiting to happen. Generally expensive prices, bad vibes, do not recommend this place.

In addition to the difficulty with parking and expensive prices, the final straw for me was when a couple came in where the woman had a veil and the staff said, "We have 50% off Christmas items, but people like you don't celebrate Christmas," he said this twice to the poor couple. No, this is beyond criticism.

Completely unreasonable prices. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Messy, no logical order. Do not recommend this second hand

I realized that "Help Day" didn't mean what everyone thinks (that it would be charity). When I googled the company, I saw that it is "Help Today" (with emptying of estates so you have time for other things). That is, they help you empty estates, clean, etc. Why don't you show the whole logo and business idea on the second-hand store? Of course you understand that most people think it's about charity, since your moving and cleaning company is not a large, nationally known company that everyone knows what they do. Badly done. Of course, everyone I know does NOT google all companies, and thinks that this is a charity flea market. Too bad! Will not visit again, and will tell all flea market lovers what they think is a charity company! Also, not at all "flea market" but "messy and broken like at a flea market, expensive like in a well-stocked antique shop". Several damaged items were marginally cheaper than in the store, e.g. Royal Danish with a crack = unusable, 10% cheaper than buying first-class from the store. Several IKEA items that were more expensive than at IKEA. You shouldn't have to google to see that "Hjälpidag" is not charity but just antique swindlers with predatory prices.
