Great cleaning with attention to detail, very responsive and helpful via email, and well priced (And they claim the RUT for you!). So nice to come home to a sparkling clean home.

I had a major cleaning done and they cleaned the apartment for 8 hours. We asked the person to redo some places, but they still didn't clean properly. They sent an invoice and we tried to discuss it but it didn't lead anywhere. After a few days, a person in charge (a woman) from the company called me and said that they were calling from the "bailiff" and that I had to pay otherwise the bailiff would take over the case. Unprofessional, they don't keep their promises, so I don't recommend them.

So incredibly satisfied! Such great service, hospitality and always nice. Glad it's a smaller business, NOT a large corporation where you get a stomach ache when they work under slave contracts to make a profit for global shareholders. Punctual, attentive and honest. I've used their services for 2 years, although with a longer break, until my back hurt again. Then I quickly got help with everything again! Really grateful!
