Terrible landlord. I have felt so bad during the 2 years I lived with Amhult 2. We got moldy washing machines when we moved in, and they threatened that we would have to buy new washing machines if We reported them again. We got an invoice for 500 SEK when the toilet was blocked when we moved in. There was moisture damage in the kitchen and black mold in the bathrooms. Several neighbors reported the same thing and Amhult 2 says it is the tenant's fault.. They took 12 thousand SEK when we moved out because we had broken the child lock on the balcony that broke when you closed the door - poorly built. As well as the work to install a wardrobe door that had paint chips. Terrible !!!! They raised the rent in 2 years from 12,000 to 14,500. Beware if you don't want to be ruined.

Throughout Sweden, the same rules apply to motorbikes and cars when it comes to parking, except at Amhult 2/Terrester AB, which for some reason does not allow motorbike parking but issues a fine and then refers to some vague sign outside the garage. It will be Maxi from now on.

Amhult 2/Terester is not the best landlord, unfortunately.
