hey, sooo clean, so nice, even the cleaning lady took the trash with her which is not her job. It's only my experience that I can describe, the company has several employees, but I'm more than satisfied. Unfortunately I don't know the cleaning lady's name, but she gets a big compliment from me. BIG THANKS Ulrik
I've been using Slipp for weekly cleaning for almost a year, couldn't be happier!
Bad and sloppy move-in cleaning. After the third attempt and excuses… I didn't want them to come back. Solved the last one myself. However, they had a very fast response time and feedback from support and nice staff. Service: Move-in cleaning of a 60m2, 2.5 year old apartment. The long version: After pointing out the shortcomings, they send out the same person (the first time it was the 2 of them) who were here before. The annoying thing is that this person doesn't speak Swedish or English. So I have to stand there and show him with body language and pictures what he has missed. Deficiencies after the first cleaning: - No cleaning of the built-in microwave - There was grease left in the oven - The underside of the oven trays were not cleaned - The dishwasher was very sloppy on the outside - The range hood had lots of dust and crumbs on it. - The underside of the kitchen hood was not cleaned. - The plastic cover under the refrigerator on the front was still dirty/untouched - Under the sink in the kitchen, half the side was cleaned and half was missed. - All window panes that have a window vent were not wiped in front/above - The upper part of the balcony door was not cleaned. - They write that they wipe dust from walls after ONE move on the bedroom wall "full of dust" - The glass doors of the shower corner were poorly washed - Behind the toilet seat was not cleaned at all - The inside of the bathroom cabinet was not cleaned - Visible pipes very poorly cleaned After the second cleaning: - The shower corner had not been scrubbed so discolorations in the tiles/joints remained. -All kitchen doors were very carelessly wiped on the outside -the kitchen drawers were not cleaned on the inside -The water tap in the toilet sink had limescale/dirt left - The toilet sink hole had dirt/limescale left After the third cleaning: Then they claim that there is a manufacturing defect on the kitchen doors and that there is rust on the water tap underneath. I chose to fix it myself because it took me longer to go back and forth than to fix it myself. The kitchen doors were clean after a regular cloth and a little dishwashing liquid. The water tap had limescale underneath and it was easily cleaned with the right product.
After my tenant, my accommodation didn't look good, until Slipp Städning helped me with this, it really felt like home again! Very efficient, nice, competent staff with good customer service, can highly recommend Slipp Städning.
Very satisfied, feels like a new home. Also nice so there will definitely be more visits from Slipp!
