I was absolutely satisfied with the move-out cleaning! but the windows were incredibly drafty and not cleaned by someone who knows how to do this. Which you would expect from a cleaning company. I got a call from the same cleaner who would do it again. But someone who did it so poorly the first time is not going to fix it. Daniel refused to send someone else. It surprises me that such a large cleaning company can't send out another window cleaner but will force me to bring the same guy back again. Then I choose to clean again myself. Surprised and very disappointed.

We have hired WOS Städ for a couple of years and are extremely happy with their cleaning/window cleaning! I must also add that I like that they make it easier for us customers with, for example, an app to manage your services. With that said, I give WOS my warmest recommendations. 👍

Delivered according to our high expectations. Arrived at the appointed time. Very friendly service. Cleaned in a reasonable time with the equipment provided. We got a clean home with lovely shiny floors. Just as it should be.

The price given during the phone call (250 SEK/hour) turned out to be approx. 280 SEK per hour and also BEFORE the square deduction. In other words, ONE cleaner invoices 462.40 SEK/HOUR!!!

Professional, skilled, punctual. Super satisfied! Wonderful and coming home to a newly cleaned house. Have tried many cleaning companies but you are clearly the best!
