Knowledgeable in their expertise about heat pumps - but vague and unwilling to provide cost estimates. Invoices filled with air and terms that are confusing. Tried to get cost estimates 3 times without a response. A bit unserious in their handling of customers. - . Knows their stuff but also plays on people's ignorance about the technology.

I have been chasing this company for 2 months now to get service on my CTC heat pump and no one is contacting me, there are no ratings. No company I would contact.
