Used them to empty an apartment. Easy to book and they arrived at the time we agreed. The emptying itself went quickly and the guys were really nice to deal with.

1. 5 stars. 2. -2 stars 1. Fast service and smooth. Efficient work. I had requested the removal of various things from my basement, such as bookcases (disassembled) cardboard, old bags, a couple of speakers, etc. They arrived half an hour earlier than I expected. No problem in itself, even though I hadn't had time to pack everything as I had planned. 2. Other - a bummer The downside was the price surprise. I had wanted to send photos and a description of what was to be thrown away, but after a few emails it never arrived so I assume the price of about 1000 SEK per hour was changed, as I paid almost 3000 SEK. The guys were there for less than an hour (effectively). I cannot use RUT, which I was informed about via email. So the price of 1000 SEK per hour cannot have included the RUT deduction in the calculation of the final price. The whole thing also includes throwing away the material, which was 500 SEK, which in itself is reasonable considering the sorting of waste on site (I assume they sort). I missed leaving a couple of things with them and tried to call the guys right after they left. They didn't answer. The first attempt was disconnected, the second was not answered. My own mistake so I can't really blame them, but answering would have been good service, I think.

Hired Winfield for Estate Clearance & Cleaning. The apartment had not been cleaned since 1995-1996 and the apartment was a "collector's paradise". Winfield gave me a reasonable quote, was on site at the agreed time and the cleaning was incredibly good. I have extensive experience with cleaning/clearance/estate myself but have never experienced a better cleaning. Recommended by me. Addendum January 2023: I hired them again and they came the next day, cleared the estate, cleaned for moving out and left the keys when they were ready. Problem-free and at a reasonable price. Very SATISFIED!
