Terrible. You call them they don’t pick up. But they say call back. You call back they never pick up again. Send them emails. Sorry can’t book an appointment via email. Use the app? Sorry can’t do that. Show up in person? Sorry you don’t exist in the system. Been trying to get an appointment since September 2024 and now it’s nearly new years! First world problems yo!! PS. My wife had a splenectomy years ago. But they said no it didn’t happen in Sweden so it doesn’t count. Apparently if you have any medical procedure outside of Sweden, they don’t count. Hahaha! Amazing. Sigh. 😞

We got an appointment with them, and all they did was ask us a couple of questions. It seemed odd—why have an in-person appointment for just two questions? What's the point of having the app doctor.se? Then, they requested a blood sample but made us wait for 2 hours. Later, they informed us that blood could only be taken before 10. This was surprising since the appointment we got was for 10:30 which means a negligence from them to give us the wrong time and then kept us waiting for another couple of hours to make it even worse, it was stressful because we live a bit far and we had a 3 weeks baby with us.

Great place and truly recommend! The doctor I got, doctor Hong, has been amazing help so far yo help find the root cause of my symptoms.
