Substandard quality move-in cleaning. All windows were smeared with streaks, walls were not cleaned, bathroom shelves were not wiped down. Simple things like wiping down surfaces were missed here and there. It was like a regular uncommitted weekend cleaning, not a move-in cleaning with high standards. This was pointed out and TS was out again and smeared some dirty cloth on the windows without getting them clean. Instead, the reason was old windows, so they couldn't be cleaned according to TS. They probably have good cleaners too, but if you're not lucky, you'll get something really bad. Stay away, there are much better companies!

Had a home cleaning service for about 1 year, unfortunately we were never particularly satisfied. The floors were rarely cleaned. You noticed that they worked very quickly, furniture and smaller items were lying crooked or thrown away after the cleaning. In terms of price, they are also not very good when compared to our current cleaning company. They were never a problem if you wanted to cancel a cleaning, always got a quick response by email.

No stars at all! But I had to put one... Can't recommend these at all! Worst I've ever experienced!!! I'm so shocked!!! Terribly clean!! Huh!!!

Bought moving cleaning. Very nice service. Smooth. Clean and tidy. Not overly expensive either.

Poorly cleaned moving house, but was fixed promptly and at no extra cost when pointed out.
