Perfect cleaning service

Catastrophically bad. We live on Potatisåkern at MKB. They are supposed to take care of the hedge and the garden. They mow unevenly, which of course happens when they have to mow a hedge that they have let grow over 2.5m and without using a ladder. They rarely pick up after themselves and leave a lot of garden waste in place that we residents have to pick up after them. The hedge is cut (or rather not cut) about 20cm wider at the top than along the bottom, which provides shade over the dying lawn. But yes, they have time to drink coffee and smoke. MKB is informed about this and we will see if measures are taken. But the simple way of communication without posting such a review does not seem to work.

BEWARE SCAM!! TR Environmental Service sent my company double invoices for a job. They were identical invoices that came 1 month after the first one which I paid immediately. My company paid the second invoice as well as we had forgotten about the first invoice. When we called in and confronted TR Environmental Service they apologized but refused to pay back the money they had scammed.

We are very happy with the cleaning. They are always quick and do a good job every time. A company that we can highly recommend.
