A company that helps with most things at home; cleaning, washing, making beds, ironing, folding, window cleaning, general cleaning, assembling furniture... What makes it not 5 stars is that the ground staff often do not understand Swedish and the everyday cleaning is not of top quality (on the other hand, the general cleaning is of good quality). EDIT 2024-06-12: I have used Stormtrivs for 7 years. In the last year, the quality has dropped significantly. The staff understands neither Swedish nor English. The last staff member was also dressed in full Middle Eastern attire and drenched in perfume. When I pointed out the perfume, she was offended and the company said they didn't have any cleaners who normally wear perfume. They charged for 4 hours of cleaning even though the cleaner was only there for 5 minutes. I can therefore no longer recommend this company. It only gets one star.

The move-out cleaning that we hired stormtrivs to do failed the inspection on two occasions. The inspector said that the lint in the dryer was not even emptied during the first inspection. We called and reported this and were promised that it would be handled the same day, which was not done. They also lied to us and said that they had been there and cleaned even though they had not even collected the key from the landlord. Hiring move-out cleaning from stormtrivs only gave us extra work.

Do not hire this company, they are dishonest and the staff do not have the equipment to do a good job. The management should take responsibility for this, the staff are nice and I hope the management takes care of this soon before they lose good staff!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warning for this company that has staff who steal from their customers! And also discriminates against those who report this.

We have tested several cleaning companies and must say that Stormtrivs was the worst of all. Do not recommend this cleaning company as they do not keep what they promise. I will never hire them again as it is beyond criticism. They only created extra work.
