The team was extremely professional, punctual and very thorough in their work. From the first contact, communication was smooth and clear. The staff was friendly, respectful and showed great care for my home. The cleaning was carried out with great care - every corner was well cleaned and the result really exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated their serious attitude and how organized, calm and efficient they worked. I felt safe having them in my home and it was clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I can highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for high quality, professionalism and excellent results. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

It seemed very promising at first after a thorough conversation about the cleaning with the coordinator. I didn't even get angry when the cleaners arrived 1 ½ hours late. It was just before Christmas Eve and we were in dire need of cleaning help. Considering the rating and everything else that seemed positive, the idea was that this would be handled professionally. But no, the coordinator thought that an apology was enough and didn't even bother to provide feedback about the cleaning, considering the delay. Apparently, it's the customer who is supposed to call and report that the agreed service wasn't performed well and demand compensation. It's incomprehensible to me how this cleaning company has received such a high rating, so please note that the reviews are not verified!

This is without a doubt the best cleaning company I have ever used. The results were amazing and the service I received from Jakob was both fast and incredibly good. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I will definitely use them again the next time I need help with cleaning. Highly recommended!
