Nice people who come to our house and clean but unprofessional handling. They choose to ignore our booked time because they got too busy at another job. They don't offer a new time but we have to wait another 2 weeks for our next scheduled time. I've tried to solve it and been in contact with them several times but it's been a flat no. I think it's bad.
