My experience of the move-out cleaning was unfortunately negative. The company initially assessed that the home was extra dirty and required more hours, which I accepted. Despite this, the end result did not meet the agreed level. There was dust in the corners and the refrigerator smelled strongly because the shelves had not been taken out and cleaned, even though this is included in the company's checklist. The buyer of my condominium had to fix the deficiencies themselves. In the dialogue with the company, only a limited price reduction was offered after a long discussion, and the focus was felt to be more on conditions than on ensuring a correct end result. Will never use Städgiganten again.
Not at all happy with the cleaning. It was dirty in a number of different places: the stove, by the drain, doors, behind the refrigerator (even though it was pulled out), etc. The bathroom was particularly bad. It was dirty in a number of places: the toilet, in the bathroom cabinet, the pipes, in the joints and behind/under the bathtub (I had also removed the front of that). There was so much dirt that I could wipe it with toilet paper and it turned completely black. They also didn't have the opportunity to clean again before the new owners of the home moved in, which meant that I had to spend hours fixing what was needed - and thus miss work time. The compensation? At first I was offered a 10% discount, but when I didn't agree to it, they increased it to 15%. I had no choice but to accept. I will never use Städgiganten again.
I am satisfied with the cleaning. Well done and smooth handling.
The cleaning giant has staff who clean up to 1.7, above that it is not wiped off during a major cleaning. Even after pointing out and about cleaning, they leave half of it uncleaned. A curious question where does management do its staff, when they let through poor cleaning, lack of knowledge!!
I ordered a move-in cleaning. Worthless cleaning and the worst service ever. The bathroom floor has never been touched. Dust mites, dirt and hair were left on the floor. The same in the cupboard, I went and cleaned everything myself afterwards. Even my pictures as proof were not enough. When I wrote that the company could come and correct their mistakes, I got no answer. I had to clean myself after, when the next owner was going to move in and take over. I got a reply later that their report showed that the bathroom floor was cleaned, despite my pictures. The defrosting was ordered by me, but was never carried out, as they said it would take too long (6 hours) when they were already finished in the evening. I went and did the defrosting myself in 2 hours. Despite that, they still tried to charge me for the defrosting as well. I complained and was supposed to get a 10% "discount" on the invoice due to cleaning deficiencies, but the discount was deducted from the amount of the defrosting (which they never did), which means there was no discount, only the amount deducted for the defrosting. Couldn't be more dissatisfied. They were very nice before the cleaning, but unfortunately this is not enough. If you make a mistake, then you should also be able to handle it and provide good service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
