Please don’t ever ever use this company! They were late, did not perform the cleaning well, broke things in the apartment and when I asked for the cleaning guarantee it took 2 weeks of negotiation. When the person arrived, they unfortunately didn’t know what to clean and did not speak English or Swedish so that we could have communicated. Do yourself a favor and hire a proper company.

They performed a, to the most part, decent cleaning. Meaning they showed up on time and vacuumed the floor. However, they failed to clean the outside of my oven and they messed up my stove. When I contacted them to ask for service they refused to help me. As a result I had to put in a couple hours work to get the apartment to the shape I expected after cleaning.

Do not, ever in your life, order cleaning from this company. I wasn’t the one ordering the cleaning, but my girlfriend did and I had to help her clean out the apartment after they had been there because it was so awfully done. No vacuuming, bunch of detergent residue INSIDE the oven, no cleaning behind the oven etc. Never ever, hire these people. Ignore the response below, we ordered the cleaning through Städfabriken AB and were billed through them as well. I don’t care if it’s their partner or not, Städfabriken AB were the ones who sent their partner to us to do the cleaning and now they’re trying to shift the blame.

Then house was still dirty and did not pass the inspection. We had to arrange a re-cleaning later that week. I would not recommend
