21/09: Unfortunately, I have to change the review to 1 star, I cannot recommend Städkraften. After the move-out cleaning was left, they wanted to pay almost twice as much as the quote I was offered and accepted. They also did not contact me as they said they would if they needed to work overtime. The invoice I received does not say anything about what they have charged extra for either. I have contacted them several times about all this, but am met with "we will contact you", which they do not do.. It has been almost 3 months now since all the trouble started, I plan to take it to ARN now to try to get a settlement. 27/06 My original review: Super nice and good customer service! Booked move-out cleaning, it was really nice and approved by the cleaning inspector 😊 Highly recommend them!

Very happy at first, then it quickly turned into a missed appointment, didn't show up, cancelled the appointment but still sent invoices, didn't get the money back for the last cleaning that wasn't done. When I now want to get in touch, my number is blocked, would never recommend such a dishonest company

Signed a quote which I really shouldn't have done (mistake on my part), and customer service was able to quickly put everything right again even though they weren't obligated to according to the contract - great service! Very nice staff too. Recommend.

Hired Städkraften for a move-in cleaning. Good price and good job, very happy with the cleaning. The inspection was approved immediately, no complaints. Very good service. However, they had forgotten a window open so some dirt had blown in, and when you lived on the 1st floor there was a risk of burglary. They hadn't put the radiator grilles back either, they just put them on top of the radiators.

Sitting and enjoying my freshly cleaned home, and without lifting a finger 🤭 Nice welcome - and thorough cleaning, what more could you ask for? 100% satisfied, thank you very much!
