I added a move-in cleaning service before my move and the company cooperated with Shining Clean. Really useless move-in cleaning service that resulted in me having to solve it in a different way. Had to chase the company for compensation, after many ifs and buts I received compensation in the form of a refund of 1000 SEK and a free major cleaning to use in the new home. I wrote to the company a week ago to book the major cleaning but have not received a response. I do not recommend that you use this company as in my experience it causes more hassle than benefit.

Warning! Booked a moving cleaning with this company a little over a month before the actual moving cleaning was to be carried out. When the day approached, they called and wanted to change the day due to staff shortages, I agreed to this, a few days later they called again and wanted to change the day again, after discussion back and forth we decided on a day and time that suited both of us. We decided that I would be at the apartment when they were supposed to come to hand over the keys to them. The clock went by and they didn't show up, of course anything can happen and you can be late. When 30 minutes had passed I tried to call them but got no answer, also sent a text message. An hour went by and still no one showed up or got back to me on the phone or text message. Called them several times and on different numbers but no answer. Since it was a moving cleaning and a new person was moving in, the margins were not that big which meant that I had to carry out the moving cleaning myself. Late in the evening, a text message came explaining that the person's phone numbers had been blocked and that that was why the "girls" had not shown up at the agreed time to carry out the move-out cleaning.

Gave them a chance seven times but not once have they cleaned properly. Every time I have pointed out and photographed exactly what they ignored, I have been told to "talk to the girls" and think about it until next time (they have never come out and fixed it right away). Every time they have ignored the same things even though I have told them time and time again. They have also been in rooms that I have not approved, where they were not supposed to clean, emptied unwashed crockery in the dishwasher and put it in the cupboards, did not vacuum furniture even though I had pulled them out before, etc. The last straw was when one of the owners started lying about cleaning where I had pointed out even though I had proof and sent pictures!! I warn everyone to never hire them no matter how nice the first reaction you get!!!

It was good quality when it was just the founders who cleaned. Now they seem to hire the cheapest possible staff to expand their company and make money. I have seen on several occasions in the alarm log that the staff cheated over time. Several times they have only been here for 2 hours instead of 4 and basically all other times they leave 30-20 minutes earlier. Every time I point this out they play ignorant and say "oh, that's not how it should be, we'll adjust the invoice!" I have never received any compensation for this cheating or sloppy cleaning. Most recently they even rounded up the invoice by 0! Do I really have to check the alarm after every cleaning? Do I want this type of dishonest people in my home? No thanks! I really do not recommend this company!

Been a customer of the company for more than a year, the first few times went well. After a while, different cleaners came with different ambitions for cleaning. Some didn't know which cleaning agent was for what. They only used 3 rags to clean an apartment of 110 square meters. Sometimes you wondered if the staff was doing a bad job because they didn't know their job or just wanted to throw the company's name around. Not at all satisfied with the cleaning.
