Our housing association has had Skurgubben. It was good at first. Then the complaints started to come in. Sour rags, carelessness and many times we wondered if they had even been here. It became unbearable to have to do checks every week and when I complained that it hadn't been wiped in certain places and it wasn't done the next time either, I had enough. We broke the contract with immediate effect. Luckily! Our new cleaning company costs 60% of what Skurgubben did. They have their own checklists in the cleaning room so we can follow up on what they did and when. They take the used rags with them every time. Skurgubben should really do the same.

Why do you have employees who don't want to work And don't clean properly. There are so many who need work. You don't seem to have any control over your cleaners or whether they are doing their job.

Good cleaning company, affordable and professional. Nice and helpful staff in the stairwells. Big plus to the nice lady at the reception who is always happy when you call and is so helpful.
