Didn't clean properly, stains left on stove, sink, surfaces not wiped down and vacuumed poorly. Had to clean everything myself. Do not recommend.

I-shine uses a lot of nice words about their services. Unfortunately, it is not a serious company as valuable items disappear and feedback dries up when the scam is exposed. The response to my review on Reco is not correct. All the items that were missing were not returned and what happened was not at all according to my wishes. They said it was "lucky" that they did not have time to throw away the garbage. It was still in the car. "So some of the things they said they "thought" were trash were returned. It was a dog bed. An expensive sweater, gold sandals, couch cushions, etc. Obviously not trash. There is still a lot missing. There was no misunderstanding about what was to be thrown away. We had clearly agreed that only cardboard boxes would be thrown away. I also showed when the cleaners were on site. A co-worker even came to my house and pretended to look for things after the cleaning. One of the cleaners suddenly remembered that she had put the tablet (one of the items that disappeared) in the bookshelf. It was not there, which I already knew. They were also hinted that I myself could have put the tablet somewhere. I had not. I knew where it was when they came and that it was not there when they left. "I would probably find all the things". "They were probably in the apartment". As if I was confused, which I was definitely not!! A typical example on gaslighting It was like they were trying to rip me off. They even took my curtains!!! The whole thing is really rude. The company has now been reported to the police for theft.

We are very happy with our moving cleaning from I-Shine. They arrived on time, did everything in the cleaning very well and everything that it included. They were very fast too so we send a big thank you to you =)

Very careful and professional. However, I miss being able to speak to them as they don't speak Swedish or English.
