Very uneven results, forgot/skipped many places (behind the fridge, in cupboards, on shelves). Had a broken lamp (which can happen to the best) but didn't tell us, we had to discover it ourselves, with glass pieces on the floor, a small lid in a shower cubicle also somehow disappeared. They came back and redid what was missed, but the lamp and glass pieces were still there. When we called about it, they got tired of us and said they hadn't broken anything. Unclear what was included in the moving clean. We asked others who had also ordered moving cleans, and they also felt that it was unclear.

The information before window cleaning could have been much clearer both before and after. Wondered about the quote, have received one, the company and I had different ideas about what was there. All communication removed. Travel compensation was added, from Vänersborg to Uddevalla?? and VAT. The window cleaner really good😊. But the treatment in writing, it was really bad.... 😣Three stars for the cleaning itself. Was promised an explanation of my questions, it did not come.... I understand why😞

Came late, cleaned poorly which meant they had to come back. When the second cleaning was done it was still not done well which my caretaker pointed out. Disappointed.

Called to inquire about cleaning a party venue, got a response that they were short staffed that day and wondered if she could call me back the next day. It's been six days now and she still hasn't called back 🤔 a bit tricky I think...

When the staff boasts of their solid experience of 13 years, perhaps that should be reflected in the work performed.
