I’m so happy and thankful I found Daniel. I have thick hair, it’s not the easiest to cut or style, so was thrilled to find such a skilled hairstylist. I was very happy with my haircut and styling, looked amazing. Best hairstylist ever and I can’t wait to return. Thank you!

My hairdresser was quite rude, pushed my chin down way too much I could barely breathe. She had a cold, impolite personality, didn't have anything nice to say and was quite careless with the brush and just just the overall experience felt negative. She did an ok job and I'm satisfied with the result but I did not feel welcome there. If you have 900 SEK and need to cut your ends go to Bangerhead instead - the people there are way nicer.

I got a haircut here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I went in for just a trim and the stylist did a terrible job. I got there 10 min early and still had to wait for 30 min before my stylist came to get me. The cut is uneven, she forgot a chunk of hair in the front making me have to fix it myself at home, and she didn't style it when done. I do not recommend Serenity Stockholm if you're looking for a quality trim.

I am an American who recently moved to Sweden and one of my greatest worries was finding a hair salon that would be able to dye my very black hair roots to match the rest of my dyed platinum blonde hair. I have had terrible experiences in the past with inexperienced stylists leaving my hair with an orange tint. I was concerned with some of the negative reviews at Serenity but am so grateful that I booked an appointment with them anyway. They did a SPECTACULAR job. My hair is the perfect shade of platinum. They used the best products and knew exactly how long to leave bleach and toner in my hair. They were on time and even began a earlier than my appointment. They had top of the art equipment. The salon was a full EXPERIENCE. And finally the price was reasonable, given the high quality. They kindly spoke English with me. There were gingerbread cookies and beverages at the reception while I waited, since I arrived early. My hairstylist was Sussi, who accepted me 20 minutes prior to my appointment, took the time to ensure she understood my goals, and was absolutely pleasant. She brought me a wonderful cup of coffee as I waited under the heat. To wash my hair, they brought me down to the lower level. The chair for the hair washing station was a massage chair. There were candles, soothing music, and a relaxing aroma. After, Sussi dried my hair and ensured it was parted in the direction of my preference. It was all I could have asked for and I have already booked my next appointment.

Got a haircut with Brian, he was very professional, clearly new what he was doing, and my hair looked amazing for a fair price. Highly recommend!
