This company clearly has poor internal communication between work groups and lacks effective procedures for handovers. I have had several visits for the same matter by different people who all make mistakes but in different ways, and then they review each other's work and mark the work as incorrectly performed. I don't understand why they don't train their staff properly or have a desire to improve procedures and despite internal knowledge of the problem.

I live in an association managed by the Swedish Property Administration, and I am very happy with how they handle everything. It is easy to report errors, they respond quickly and it is noticeable that they care about making sure it works for us who live here. Safe and professional, just as it should be.
