Customer service is quick and efficient. Our cleaning lady, Iryna, was excellent as well as reliable. Only complaint is the overall cost. Cleaners get paid by the hour so it definitely takes longer to clean then necessary. Shouldn't take over 5 hrs to clean a small apartment.

Highly qualified staff!

One disadvantage is the high turnover of cleaners. It always takes time to instruct a new one who may only stay for 5-6 months. The latest Iryna is very good but the problem is that she is often sick and even if I am offered a replacement, it is impractical to instruct for just one time. I have cleaning every other week and when I am sick there are 4 weeks between cleaning days. My daughter has the same cleaner the weeks I am not. But she has the same experience that at short notice the cleaner is sick. My daughter has taken a replacement with almost catastrophic consequences because the replacement did not follow written and verbal instructions but made things up and cleaned according to her own ideas which also resulted in longer time than agreed. So in short, uneven quality and high turnover and often cancelled cleaning. When you get someone you are really happy with, she quits.

I am incredibly happy with our cleaning lady! She always listens to our requests and leaves the home sparkling clean every time.
