Very satisfied! My son usually has cleaning help from time to time due to illness. This year, unfortunately, we were unable to help with the big cleanup before Christmas. We called Rimbo Städ Service and although the company had reservations, they tried to help us. We were really surprised! Rimbo Städ Service provides good service, friendly service and has very skilled cleaners. We were more than happy when we came back to our son's super clean home! The bathroom, which had many yellow spots due to a lot of limescale in the water (which many with their own well have in Norrtälje and the surrounding area), was sparkling clean, really! The glass around the shower is like new! We highly recommend the company.

An overall very well-executed cleaning assignment! We contacted Rimbo Städ Service to get help with a major cleaning and window cleaning. The work included, among other things, unpacking and cleaning all kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, steam cleaning of tiles, tiles and grout in the bathroom. The feedback from Rimbo Städ Service was very professional from the start. They came out to us the same day we contacted them to go over what we wanted help with. We received a fixed price on the spot and were able to book a time that suited us. Rimbo Städ Service then showed up as agreed and it was immediately noticeable that we had hired real cleaning professionals. They used the best equipment and cleaning products. They worked very methodically and carefully throughout. The kitchen and bathroom were like new with cleaned grout and even a special oil was used for the tiles and grout, which gave them back their original luster and freshness. The windows were cleaned thoroughly, both glass and frames. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Unfortunately, you are neglecting us as a client and are showing a lack of accuracy in your work. We have decided that we will terminate our contract with you. This is non-negotiable.
