Good service!

Inte ens rent efter reklamationen. Flyttade in i hus där säljarna anlitat Ren Jämt för flyttstäd. Det var ofräscht på flera ställen i huset, t.ex. rinnmärken på dörrar, hundhår i hallen. Det enda jag reklamerade var dock att de inte alls gjort rent mellan fönster och fönsterbåge. Det kom ett par killar som höll på i någon timma, sedan glatt for iväg och sade att jag nog skulle vara nöjd nu. Men efter sig lämnade de en del fönstret som fortfarande var ostädade. Därtill lämnade de ett fönster på vid gavel. Och hade inte kommit på utsatt tid. Kanske räknar de med att ingen ids göra flera reklamationer, jag vet inte. Men jag skulle aldrig anlita dem själv och rekommenderar att ingen annan heller gör det. Åtminstone inte om man vill att det ska bli rent överallt.

We just moved into our apartment which had been cleaned by you. The floor drain was also blocked, because everything that belongs to the floor drain was thrown down, making a mess!

I moved into my first, own apartment and the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't clean. It hadn't been dusted, vacuumed carelessly, the drains hadn't been touched and there were breadcrumbs on the kitchen counter etc. I called and the person I spoke to was super nice and helpful (can't complain about her) and sent some guys there free of charge to clean it up. I thought, "Great, I can't bear to think about it anymore and was still pretty happy and thought it was a Monday issue." But now in retrospect I'm just discovering more and more things that are untouched and downright unhygienic. When I also read other people's reviews, I can give them one star.

We bought an apartment this summer that was cleaned by RenJämt. Beware of this cleaning company when moving! The cleaning they called moving was a regular general cleaning that did not include the cleaning that belongs to moving. The following things had NOT been done: cleaning of valves, drains, behind radiators, behind appliances, blinds, attic and bicycle storage, balcony, mess on handles, dust on walls and undefined stains on floors. Washing windows and wiping the floors in the apartment and cleaning the visible in the bathroom is not what I call moving cleaning!
