Window cleaning

The cleaning is okay. However, the price you get up front is not correct. You get a price (which becomes the agreed price) that sounds good, but then you still pay a fixed price or double that (even after Rot) I have been satisfied in the past, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend Qvickstep.

Hired this company to help with a major cleaning, but the result was not as clean as I expected. They also cheat with the time they bill for! Very dissatisfied

General cleaning with mediocre results. Good that there was a list of what was included; then it was easy to communicate what was wrong. I'm not picky, but this was more like a regular home cleaning. + For the window cleaning which was really good. Fast, but condescending "customer service". Would have rather paid more for a better result, I'm convinced that time pressure played a role and hope that no innocent person is affected due to possible greed. You can do better! (Addition after reading the response from the company: No, the expectations were not any beyond what was in the list/agreement, so the room for misunderstanding was small. How long it took to fix what was done "for free" is perhaps less interesting in this context. Anyway, good if it works for others. We have also found a service that works fine for us!

We use Qvickstep at home and it has usually worked great. The times we have had any comments about the cleaning, the company has always been very accommodating and understanding. Can highly recommend for those who are looking for a professional and personal cleaning company.
