Unprofessional, unscrupulous and with absolutely zero sense of customer service. My previous cleaning company, which I was very happy with, was bought out by QLNR. In connection with the takeover, my details disappeared, which meant that no cleaning was carried out. I had to call myself repeatedly to get the service started, as I was forgotten even when I reminded them. The cleaners have since appeared at different times each time without this ever being communicated - despite me clearly requesting fixed times because I am at home and open the door and do not want to hand over the key. In the end, I felt forced to hand over the key because it was apparently too difficult to keep a fixed time or notify about the time in advance. There have also been several different cleaners, which has meant that we have never had a dedicated cleaner who "knows" our home. The quality has also been noticeably worse than with the two other companies I have previously hired. In conclusion, I received a reminder invoice without even having received the original invoice. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was questioned and given excuses instead of an apology or solution. The lack of administration and customer service creates more headaches than the “perfectly okay” cleaning is worth. Would never recommend this company!!

Super dissatisfied! The stair cleaners cheat, clean half the stairwells and leave a lot of trash behind. I see them go into the stairwell and play with their phones instead of cleaning. And sit in the cars and have coffee.

Magically talented and wonderful energy in their service. They go the extra mile and with personal communication. It is noticeable that the staff enjoys and places great value on their work with an understanding of the customer's experience.

Tell your staff to stop taking disabled parking spaces. Has happened several times in the same place now
