DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY regarding cleaning when moving! They had several days to clean and when we had the final inspection they had left so much undone! After that, another 2 inspections before the cleaning was ok. And the only thing you get back from the quality manager is a sorry and that this is not according to their standards! Seems to be a lot of that when reading the reviews. And NO- I am NOT interested in another answer from you where you say you are sorry and that you have talked to your staff. Sorry doesn't make up for lost rent.

Great service. The staff is so friendly! I was on a motorcycle ride through Scandinavia and ended up in Östersund. Needed to wash clothes and came last minute to Pressateljen. Within two hours it was perfectly clean :) Big thanks again to these hard working ladies.

My wife and I were in much need of our clothes being cleaned. They cleaned them very well and quickly.

Two stars are given only because the staff actually showed up and did some kind of work. I hired the company both for moving-out cleaning of a terminated apartment and cleaning of a newly purchased house. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about the quality of the work. The cleaning was consistently very inadequate and was perceived as superficial. The impression was that the least possible effort was made to make it appear that all rooms had been visited, rather than a complete and professional cleaning being carried out. Despite this, the work took two days, regardless of the size of the homes. Upon follow-up inspection, extensive deficiencies were found, including: • Bathroom walls not cleaned • Oven not cleaned • Dishwasher not cleaned • Stair railings not cleaned • Floors still dusty • Valves in all rooms dirty The working method seems to be based on the customer checking the results themselves and leaving a list of what needs to be done, after which only these specific steps are carried out afterwards. Overall, this gives the impression of an inefficient arrangement where the company is paid for several days of work despite very limited basic work. All of the above are things that should reasonably be included in a basic moving and house cleaning. My overall assessment is that the service is far below industry standard. I strongly advise against hiring this company for any kind of cleaning – in my case it would have been both more efficient and more satisfying to do the work myself.

WARNING!! Terrible moving house cleaning!!!! Moving house cleaning ordered for Friday and new tenants arrive with their moving truck on Saturday. They call me and say that it is not cleaned: the drain is clogged, grease in the fan / all around, the fridge has food spills, stains on the floors in the living room and kitchen. Stains on cabinets and kitchen drawers etc. even the sink has not been fixed. They send 20 pictures of the shortcomings. I quickly arrange accommodation for them (2 adults and 2 small children). I go to the office on Monday and meet the cleaning manager who says that "you are only human" and occasionally that he has been too and approved - it is cleaned. Thanks to the nice woman sitting on the switchboard, she hears how badly I am treated, she raises her voice and says that of course we will fix it immediately! 3 hours later the quality manager calls and says that he has fixed what we complained about. I go there in the evening and HOPELESS 😩 still haven't done what should be called moving house cleaning. The next day I call and want to talk to the manager. I say I can pay to do the window cleaning but not for anything else as I would rather hire another company. (This is because it is still not properly cleaned and because of the very bad treatment: (nonchalant and arrogant) by the quality manager.) But I get a no for that suggestion. Instead we meet in the morning with the quality manager and go through the shortcomings we see. The manager admits that the whole thing was a very unsuccessful effort from Pressateljen and the same day the apartment is now being cleaned again... I hired Pressateljen to make it easier for me as I myself had a lot to prepare for a family celebration that same week. But I got involved / desperate / worried / stressed / for 5 days before everything was ok so those who were going to rent could finally move in. Note There are several good cleaning companies that are also much cheaper!!
