PBB is a reliable, skilled and accommodating cleaning company. After several years of service we are equally satisfied. They are flexible with times and days if needed. And also with adding extra assignments if you want. They are nice and professional - 5 stars from us

I can really advise everyone against using this cleaning company. I don't usually go to the roof but I have been charged for cleaning that was not done due to private circumstances where I asked them to come back another day. Life gets in the way and you have to find better cleaning opportunities. This table is not a problem in my eyes. Instead, they chose to, 5 minutes later from when I asked them to come back, knock on the door and return the key without saying what the reason was. In other words, they did not verbally terminate the contract but because the cleaning was not done, they got angry and returned the key. Despite this, they have charged in full for a cleaning that was not done. Asked to have the invoice corrected for the incorrect amount but they refused. Unprofessional and not accommodating. A frivolous company in my eyes that I personally would never recommend with the way they handle both closing and charging.

They were professional and did a great job. The new tenant was very happy. They were right on time and easy to work with. Even though I speak English and they speak Swedish. I highly recommend!

Fast, thorough and often adapts to our working hours to make it as comfortable as possible for me and my wife. We have two cats, a dog and children so we have chosen to run a cleaning every three weeks. They make sure to be extra careful with furniture, walls and hidden surfaces that we do not access. Plus on the edge because Magda is always so nice!
