PAKMS and especially Karola helped us out so well at our company event at Graf & Bild and made sure everyone had something to eat and drink the whole time!

We had PAKMS staff at our wedding in July 2024 and unfortunately would not recommend them. The staff was quite lazy and did nothing extra beyond what they were explicitly told to do. For example, there was no staff among the tables between courses and therefore no one to ask the guests if they wanted anything extra. For example, my mother (at the head table) was out of wine for a long period, which resulted in our toastmasters going to get wine and starting to serve all the tables. Many guests also had to stand up and start getting drinks themselves at the bar, which affected the toastmasters' planning with speeches etc. and was something we did not want to happen. I pointed this out to the HR manager on site, and got a response that she did not want to take it then and there. We both experienced stress during the dinner because of the above, which is sad and something we did not want.

On April 23, PAKMS made our wedding day even better! With staff during dinner, the party and the day after breakfast, we received service beyond expectations. In addition to what we agreed on in our driving schedule, PAKMS did more than we expected by redecorating, presenting drinks in such a nice way, clearing away and even a little dance with the mop on the floor around 02 🥂 We would more than happy to recommend PAKMS as party staff if you want to be a guest at your own party!
