I would not recommend this company at all. We hired them for packing and moving; they showed up completely unprepared to pack. At the end of the day they told us they left a sofa, chair and balcony items behind despite us having them on our inventory list. We found out the next day that they also left behind tons of items that weren't even packed. It took weeks of emailing for the company to even admit any fault, and months for them to provide any compensation (which was just 10% in the end). It was more stressful working with them than it would have been to organise our own move.

The positive reviews are written by the people themselves! We were completely scammed by this company! The cleaners showed up several hours late, had no equipment with them. After a while they sent an SMS saying they wanted more money and wanted to do the job without a guarantee. They ignored the fridge and freezer so we had to do it ourselves. Whined that there was a lot to clean. Took close-ups of the apartment so it looks extra dirty. Should have been there for 10 hours, asked to have a tour together when they were done with it, they had pulled and thrown the keys in the mailbox. Arrived at 4 pm when I went to see them just after 8 pm, they were gone and left a lot of work. They spent more time taking pictures than working.

Fast, affordable and professional. As simple as it should be! Thanks again - Super satisfied
