They failed to show up and never informed us that they weren’t coming. We received a confirmation several days before the scheduled date, but on the actual time they were supposed to clean they didn’t contact us at all — neither by phone, WhatsApp, nor SMS. We stayed home, prepared everything for their arrival, and prioritized their booking, but heard nothing from them. We also tried calling and sending messages without receiving any response. They only contacted us several hours later to say they couldn’t make it.. it was too late! I do not recommend this cleaning company to anyone!
