Packing crew - effective, nice and friendly, but move manager - rude, very narrow-minded and ignorant person. Watch out and double confirm terms over the email, or you might be surprised. apparently not only my opinion about OCT, but they were the only ones working in July.

OCT made my move so smooth and easy. Even ordering a move was very easy, the transport of heavy items was planned entirely by the company without me knowing the conditions in advance. Communication before the move day was extremely smooth, they were always available to answer my questions. On the move day, they arrived earlier than planned, which was greatly appreciated. Boxes and heavy items were in the car in no time. When they noticed that some boxes were a little worn, they picked them up and repacked them, at no extra cost. Every little detail that they thought should have its own box was packed by them, without me having asked for it. Because they were so fast, they had to wait for my arrival time for several hours (at no extra cost). When everything was brought to the new address, they said that if I had wanted to move the piano/rearrange furniture, I could call them after the move. Very nice staff too. It was the best choice for my move.

The move went very well! Thanks to the nice, efficient and professional guys who handled the move! They had a real challenge with our large sofa but solved it too 😊. Boxes were delivered in good time, are now being picked up after the move, everything has been done at agreed times and with caution about our belongings. We have also booked the moving cleaning via OCT all on the recommendation of our neighbors who were satisfied with the overall concept.

Have used OCT a number of times within the family, both for moving and storage. Highly recommended, good handling, friendly staff, very efficient and knowledgeable.

The moving guys were great. Very nice, professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the contact with the office was messy - jumping between different times, invoiced fuel surcharge that was not included in the presented price list and a discount as a member of the Tenants' Association that they did not want to acknowledge (the reason I chose them in the first place) unfortunately lowers the rating.
