WARNING - do not buy their services! Have had Nytorget as a manager for 5 years and have never experienced worse service. Hopefully you get a response on the third contact attempt/error report, they can then promise an action that is then never carried out and they never come back.

So sad that I have to join the others and give them 1 star actually. The unpleasant tone is what you encounter already at the introduction. Is it really that hard to sound friendly on the phone? Now I give an extra star to the young guy and the two workers at the house, because they were both accommodating and friendly. I hope I only have to deal with them, at least until the office staff has undergone service training. :)

Absolutely the worst treatment I've ever received in my life. You feel really insulted. No sense of humanity at all! Simply very bad and no customer-friendly employees! They only follow their guidelines. And no good conversation is possible!

I have had a contract with Nytorget for a year now and nothing works. • They rarely and sometimes never respond to emails or fault reports • Sit in the car while they are supposed to be making rounds. • Promise to arrange things that never get fixed. • Overpriced compared to competitors and not at all worth what you may have to pay for them. • Cannot cooperate with as they refuse to answer when you call or email. • Refuse to be accommodating after our feedback to them and they refuse to act. Before you consider a contract with Nytorget, I would consider taking another alternative. • They tie you up with long contracts and refuse to break them even when their execution is lacking in extremely many points. Those of you who are in an association want a real estate company that saves you from putting in a lot of energy - in this case, it is the opposite as NOTHING works.

Contact with Nytorget Fastigheter is not exactly pleasant. You get short, unpleasant answers - or yes, you should be happy if you even get an answer. As other people also mention, they do not respond to error reports, so you can expect to live with your error in your premises/rental. I feel very disappointed, feels very unprofessional. /Nicole.
