Such a cool place

In my 80-year life, I have never experienced such poor treatment. Not being believed, being blamed for, according to the store manager/CEO, "that anyone can come in from the street and show a receipt" even though the friendly young clerk remembered me and my husband. Being informed that Mässing Mäster has a "policy not to refund incorrect charges when the staff does not remember and there is no proof of how many light bulbs your husband received". The CEO draws an analogy with the purchase of incorrectly charged cucumbers for which she did not get a refund because she did not check the receipt before leaving the store. I was offered a 90:- refund if I purchased another item. I am not going bankrupt for 90:-, but it is the treatment that I am upset about.
