Unfortunately, I have to give one star to be able to post a review, as there are no minus stars, which they really deserve. They cleaned our property, completely to no avail. We had bought the property and wanted a complete move-in clean before we moved in. It was just as dirty when they claimed to be ready as before. When we point out the shortcomings, their supervisor/manager can't even bring himself to come to the property and check what we considered to be shortcomings. And informs us that they don't have time either the week after or the week after that. Then blames it on the staff being injured etc. which was fabricated afterwards and wasn't mentioned during the first call. Now that the invoice comes several months later, they have backdated the invoice. Do not use this company as they are not serious. Kjell

The sellers of my house hired Munter Städ for move-in cleaning. The result was beyond criticism. Food residue left on the walls in the kitchen, the dishwasher had not been cleaned, ingrained dust and dirt on all the moldings that could easily be removed with a cloth had they not touched. Large cobwebs in all the wardrobes, clearly old, had not been cleaned. The company went out to do a supplementary cleaning - but did not clean any of the things that were pointed out. After this cleaning, the company no longer answers calls or texts, despite sending pictures and videos of the substandard service. Cannot recommend the company.

If you don't want your house to be flooded with gold jewelry, you should consider hiring another company. Very sad & you'll be so sad & disappointed. Still gets upset when I think about what I got from my grandmother & mother no longer being there. A company that also doesn't want to take responsibility for the damage.
