Great company that has disabled staff. Saw the company today Friday the 10th when they were cleaning a pizzeria. Used a handicap placard with warning lights. But the man who got off was not disabled at all. No one in the car either. Showed that the man was picking up takeaway food at the pizzeria (Sjöbopizzeria). Completely unnoticed he parked there at 6:15 pm, glanced at the car every now and then. You should be damn ashamed.

1 star because you can't give 0. I've been using Miracool for about 3 months. I've asked them to come to me once a week, and in that entire time they haven't been on time ONCE. Miracool will show 0 respect for your time, make completely unreasonable excuses, make empty promises and offer incredibly poor cleaning (several times they miss emptying the trash, wiping surfaces, mopping, cleaning bathrooms). On top of that, they also lie about the time the cleaners work and overcharge you. I will never use them again, and have already found a new cleaning service that I'm super happy with.

You couldn't give 0 stars so they get 1, not once when they cleaned our place have they arrived on time, they are ALWAYS 1-2 hours late ALWAYS!, do not recommend!!!

Once every two weeks at our place, cleans up well and quickly!

Really skilled and meticulous! Works efficiently and does a very nice and clean job. Nice too. Recommended 👍
