Horrible cleaning quality, the first time cleaning is not done in a good quality so we sent all details and pictures to ask for a rework. Unfortunately after the second cleaning we still see lots of limescale in the bathroom. We have to clean it by ourselves. Not recommended to anyone

Great place to live

Terribly sloppy cleaning. No walls were wiped, the sink was dirty, there was dust in the corners, the balcony was not swept, grease stains remained on the kitchen hood, not vacuumed, not cleaned the bathroom cabinet. Actually, everything was still dirty. Called and told me that it was not properly cleaned. Referred specifically to the kitchen hood which was under all criticism. Then received in response that it could not be cleaned. Had a meeting with the property manager, who urged me to contact them again. Demand that a supplementary cleaning be carried out. They came to the site and continued. The kitchen hood was sparkling clean (as they had previously said was impossible to get clean) and they half-heartedly wiped the walls. We moved out, and new owners moved in. The very next day we got a call that it was still not clean. Still deposits on the stove that had not been scraped off. There were crumbs in the kitchen cabinets etc etc. Never again.

The bathrooms were clean and nice, as were all the cupboards and wardrobes on top and inside. The fridge and freezer as well as the balcony were also well cleaned. But - all the wooden floors in the 5 rooms including the kitchen were generally sticky and there were also clear stains on all the floors that could easily be scraped off with a fingernail. The oven was clean at the bottom and on the sides, while there was a lot of oil and soot flakes left on the ceiling. The blinds in all the windows were clean in the middle but not on the edges. The front door was sticky around the peephole and around the handle from noses and hands. When the complaint was made, the supervisor tried to fix it by coming at short notice at 7 pm with his wife and his 3-year-old child. Of course, it didn't go well at all. Unfortunately, I note that this move-in cleaning gets a rating of Not Approved.
