They recently helped me with my apartment cleaning and I am very happy with the service. Although they had no slots available, they accommodated my request for urgent cleaning. They communicate really well.

Excellent service. They took care of everything for me. All I had to do was hire them.

We hired Miljöpalatset on the recommendation of BoSTHLM for moving-in cleaning. After the cleaning, we were not satisfied as the walls and floors were still dusty. The washing machine had been pulled out but not put back. I had to push it back myself. And the carpet in the bedroom was wet from window cleaning. I called and told them and they would call me early the next day. No one called me until lunch. So I had to call again and hunt down the right people as they couldn't answer "which patrol was doing the job". They said they would come at 4 pm. But at 4:15 pm they called and said 5 pm. They would come and fix some parts, but despite that we had to go around and dust off moldings and the like afterwards ourselves. I don't recommend the company.

We hired this cleaning company to clean our newly built house. We were supposed to pay for cleaning the entire house except for the toilets. The only thing that was cleaned was the windows. There was construction dust EVERYWHERE and it was clear that it had not been cleaned at all (they probably sent someone who thought they could do it quickly). They even found electrical cords from construction left on the floor. We haven't had to pay yet but as we hired a cleaning company because we wanted it cleaned, we might as well have moved in without cleaning.

Poorly done move-in cleaning, would have liked to have complained but discovered shortcomings as time went on. Didn't clean out closets properly, didn't clean out bathtub and floor drain and didn't clean the kitchen hood (despite it being explicitly included in move-in cleaning). Not recommended.
