Booked via the company's website. Got in touch and they said they could clean our windows 3 weeks later. Three weeks later, at 10.25am, 5 minutes before the agreed time, I get a text message saying they are cancelling due to illness. Terribly bad. I don't believe for a moment that they didn't know about this until 5 minutes before the job was supposed to start. I had planned the day after the agreed time so it was very inconvenient. I will not be contacting this company again.
